“Aging skin needs hydration from the inside more than ever. Drinking plenty of water is considered one of the most important things you can do to make skin look younger. Adding a squeeze of lemon or even some fresh fruit or vegetable juice to your water is fine, but make sure what you drink the most of is water – sodas, tea, coffee, and so forth are not considered as beneficial as “plain old water.”
