Healthy Food Recipe: Crockpot White Chili

4 chicken breast halves-sliced
• 1 carton chicken broth
• 2 Celery ribs- diced
• 2 garlic cloves– crushed
• 1 med onion– diced
• 1 sm can green chilis
• 2 – 14 oz cans cannellini(white kidney) beans
• 1 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1 tbsp chili powder(or to taste)
• tsp salt(or to taste)
Place all ingredients in crockpot & cook on low 8-10 hrs.
Serve with sour cream, broken tortilla chips, & shredded white cheddar cheese .
Very yummy and filling!!:-)
